Refund Policy

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
  • Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Non-Returnable Items

Customized, used, or damaged products are not eligible for returns unless they arrive defective or incorrect from the company.

Company-Side Issues

  • If the issue is from the company’s end, then Packaging Owl will take immediate action and reprint the entire order.
  • The company’s decision on the defect and responsibility will be considered final.

Customer Feedback Defects

  • If the customer finds a defect or error and they request a refund, the entire order must be returned.
  • The refund will exclude shipping, setup, printing, and billing costs.

Order Cancellation

  • The printing job is quickly transferred to the press department without delay after the proof is approved.
  • Upon proof approval, customers are given a 12 to 24-hour time duration to cancel their order.
  • If the order is cancelled after processing has begun, a 5% cancellation fee will be charged to the customer.
