All materials, including text, images, graphics, and designs on Packaging Owl, are the exclusive property of the company. You should view, copy, download, or print content only for personal use or when placing orders, but not for commercial purposes. Any use that infringes upon copyright or trademark laws is strictly prohibited. This agreement does not grant permission to use Packaging Owl trademarks or those of its partners. Altering or removing any copyright notice on downloaded content is also not allowed.
Our packaging team prepares digital or physical copies based on the submitted artwork files. Please ensure that files are submitted in 300 dpi and CMYK format for optimal color accuracy, as we are not responsible for blurry images or inaccurate colors in printing. You must also hold the rights to any artwork you upload. We do not permit the printing of inappropriate content.
Packaging Owl has the right to accept or decline payments. We may demand limits on the quantity of each product per customer and reserve the right to cancel orders at any time. Please ensure that your name, contact details, address, and credit card information are accurate when making a purchase. Providing false information may result in the termination of service. For successful transactions, accurate credit card details, including expiration dates, are required.
You should inform us at info@packagingowl.com within 3 business days of receiving any incorrect or damaged products. After this period, refunds will not be available. However, we will reprint the product and adjust it to meet your requirements. Please note that replacement products may take 6-7 business days for delivery.
Our box customization process takes 4-5 business days, with an additional 2-3 business days for shipping. Production and printing time begin once your artwork files have been fully uploaded, reviewed, and approved by our printing department. We strive to deliver every order as quickly as possible. In the event of a printing delay caused by a technical error, we will issue a refund for any applicable charges.
You are prohibited from engaging in illegal activities using our services, not allowed to break our intellectual property rights, submit false information, gather personal data from others, engage in spamming, misuse our services, or risk the security of our website. Any violation of these terms will result in legal action being taken against you.
