Nothing in these Terms and Conditions grants you permission to use Packaging Owl trademarks, logos, trade names, or the trademarks or intellectual property of our partners.

You may not alter, remove, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in materials obtained from our website.

If you purchase customized packaging products, you may be required to submit artwork or design files for production.

Packaging Owl prepares digital or physical products based on the artwork files submitted by the customer. Customers are responsible for ensuring that submitted artwork is suitable for printing.

For best print quality, artwork should generally be submitted in 300 DPI and CMYK color format.

Packaging Owl is not responsible for blurry, low-resolution, or otherwise poor-quality results caused by artwork files supplied by the customer. Color appearance may also vary between digital displays and printed products, and exact color matching cannot always be guaranteed.

By submitting artwork, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permission to use and reproduce the artwork.

Customers must not submit artwork or content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, obscene, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate. Packaging Owl reserves the right to refuse to print or process any artwork that violates these requirements or may expose us to legal or other liability.

Packaging Owl reserves the right to accept or decline any payment or order at our discretion.

We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per customer, household, order, or other applicable basis. We also reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order at any time where permitted by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order, including their name, billing information, shipping address, contact information, and payment details.

Providing inaccurate, false, or misleading information may result in cancellation of an order or termination of access to our services.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that payment information is valid and accurate, including card information and expiration dates where applicable.

An order may be subject to review or confirmation before production or fulfillment begins.

Packaging Owl accepts returns for eligible defective and non-defective products, subject to the conditions stated in our Return and Refund Policy.

Customers may request a return and refund within 45 days of receiving their order, provided that the returned product meets our return conditions.

Eligible products must be unopened in their original packaging or unused.

Approved returns must be sent back by post according to the return instructions provided by our support team.

Packaging Owl does not offer exchanges.

We do not charge restocking fees for eligible returns.

Once an approved returned product has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5 business days.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase and processed in USD (United States Dollar).

Packaging Owl currently ships orders within the United States only.

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within approximately 1-2 working days after production, with fulfillment taking place Monday through Friday.

Once an order has been dispatched, transit generally takes approximately 1-2 working days, depending on the destination.

The estimated total delivery time is approximately 2-4 working days, based on the customer's location and applicable production and processing requirements.

Packaging Owl currently offers free shipping on all orders.

Delivery estimates are provided for guidance and may vary due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather conditions.

All shipping and transactions are processed in USD (United States Dollar).

You may not use our website or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
