• Natural Kraft Paper: It is an eco-friendly paper stock, produces a natural and rustic surface, and can be recycled for new packaging.

Material thickness:

Choose the right material thickness as per your soap box requirement:

• 14 pt: Thick material option that is quite sturdy to carry everyday light products with enough strength.
• 18 pt: Slightly thicker than 14pt it provides protection and durability to fragile products, offering a premium box appearance.
• 24 pt: Thickest material choice has more sturdiness and rigidity to pack heavy-duty items inside the box, giving a luxury touch.

Color:

• CMYK: It is a standard color model used in printing with a combination of four primary colors Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black.

• Varnish: It is a biodegradable coating applied to boxes to enhance shine and color appearance without any smudges.

Soap Box Styles

• Straight tuck end – Top and bottom flaps fold inward in the same direction, creating easy-to-open packaging that suits products being inserted from either side of the box.
• Reverse tuck end – Top and bottom flaps fold inward in the opposite direction, allowing easy access to soap items, useful for its versatility.
• Seal end – Features two overlapping panels with dust flaps on the top that slide seamlessly over each other with a sealed bottom, enhancing durability and providing additional support for storing products.
